What is leadership? Leadership means how can you take your decision ? and 

that the another 

accept you by wise not by violent and power, this is the 

definition of leadership, but its everything it changes from the place 

to another.

For example inside and outside the school. First, inside the school 

the leader has to he public, known for everyone, wise in his decision, 

fair in his treatment, do not say a lot to do not lose his 

personality, he faces everything by smart.

But the another hand, the leadership out side the school is more 

difficult than the leadership inside the school because you are being 

responsible on more them people and your decisions have to be more 

responsibility out side the school you lead in cycle is bigger than 

inside the school, so addition for your popular and wise you have to 

be person, everyone feels that you are the leader when he see you, so 

you have to put on your clean uniform and let the people respect you by 

your respect for them.

Finally, the leadership is responsibility for who is take it and he has 

to know that every eyes are looking at him carefully waiting him to do 

any mistake, so he does not let any chance for those people to speak 

about him. 

He has to know that he does not just say he want to, he must to be the 

best you can.
